1. Launch KS. 2. Go to BaseUI -> Views ->scroll views -->scrollable view.

Actual Result:

1. Notice that you will see half of the red & blue scrollable views on the screen

Expected Result:

1. The scrollable view should be snapped to the screen & should not show up half.
