[TIMOB-17261] The create command should not require --type but default to "app"

Description

It's great to see we're moving away from the last pieces of python remaining, but now ti create supports creating modules, I'm constantly prompted for the type I want to create. I guess most people use ti create to create apps, not modules. So I'd think this options should be optional and default to app.

FYI, it already defaults to app when cli.prompt is set to false.
