Description
The iOS module development guide (http://docs.appcelerator.com/titanium/latest/#!/guide/iOS_Module_Development_Guide) did not work seamlessly. In order to run the example app correctly, I needed to move the example directory from ~/tmp/test/example to ~/tmp/test/iphone/example.
I'm not sure if this is a problem with the documentation or the CLI, but it did cause my some confusion when I tried to follow the guide.
In Titanium 3.3.0, we improved the module creation process, but didn't touch the module build process. So what you're seeing is basically unfinished work. Finishing the module build stuff has not yet been scheduled, but I can assure you, it will be awesome once it's complete.
This issue is no longer valid since we've completely replaced the module build system back in Titanium SDK 4.0.0 (possibly 3.x).
Closing ticket as invalid with reference to the previous comments.
