Description
When animating the tab group in Base UI->Animate Tab Group if the button is pressed when the device is landscape the tab group is portrait during the animation and then turns to landscape afterwards.
*This only occurs on a iPhone, I am unable to make it happen on an iPad*
Steps To Reproduce
1. Install KitchenSink to device
2. Hold the device in landscape and navigate to Base UI->Tab Groups
3. Tap Animate Tab Group
Actual Result
The tab group goes portrait for the animation then changes to landscape
Expected Result
The tab group should be landscape during the animation
