Description
*Details:* Debugger cursor does not stop at the break point after pressing the "Step Into" button multiple times.
*Note:*
* This is *not* a regression as this occurs in SDK 3.4.1.GA
* Same behavior occurs in Alloy as well
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create a Titanium or Alloy project
2. Add a break point inside a call back; see breakpoint.png
3. Install app to device or simulator with debugger enabled
4. Wait for the app to be installed and the debugger view to open
5. Press on the label to trigger the break point
6. Press "Step Into" button until you do not see debugger arrow any more
7. Press the label again
*Actual:* The debugger arrow does not stop at the break point; see misplaced.png.
*Expected:* The debugger arrow should stop at the break point.
