[TIMOB-18773] Windows: ListView searchText and section headers aren't working from CLI builds

Description
When I run the corporate directory app from the CLI using the latest SDK builds off of master, the directory listing's section headers are invisible (just space there) and using the search field doesn't seem to filter the entries at all. This works fine in Debug mode under the VS 2013 debugger using the example. May be a difference in Release vs Debug builds?
I think this issue is already fixed by https://github.com/appcelerator/titanium_mobile_windows/pull/213 . Related to TIMOB-18790.
