Issue Description
For Appcelerator Studio:
(1) Run and Debug work fine for our iOS app in the simulator on our corporate network.
(2) Run and Debug work fine for our iOS app in the simulator when I'm home on my wireless network.
(3) When connected to our Enterprise network from home (using our Cisco AnyConnect VPN client over my wireless network):
(a) Run works fine.
(b) Debug does not work.
For this last case, the simulator starts up, the desktop shows, the splash screen shows, and then I eventually see the attached dialog in Studio and this in the Studio console:
