    Confirmed that generate_project.js can generate proper VS 2013 project, and it builds/runs Windows 8.1 targeted Titanium project including native binding. 
       > node ..\titanium_mobile_windows\Tools\Scripts\generate_project.js -p WindowsStore new NG
