Description
Steps to reproduce
1. Create a default project
2. build the project
3. change the DefaultIcon.png to some other image (while retaining the name)
4. build the project
Expected result
The app should be using the changed DefaultIcon.png
Actual result
The app is using the old DefaultIcon.png

Verified as fixed, changing DefaultIcon.png now reflects in subsequent builds. Successful for both Classic & Alloy projects. Tested on: iOS 9, iPhone 6S OSX El Capitan 10.11 Studio: 4.3.1.201509302304 Ti SDK: 5.1.0.v20151007122834 Appc NPM: 4.2.0 Appc CLI: 5.0.2
