Description
As explain in the [Android Reference](https://developer.android.com/reference/android/support/v7/widget/CardView.html#attr_android.support.v7.cardview:cardElevation) and confirmed by tests I did the
cardMaxElevation property is creation-only. Changing it later has no effect.
Both PR merged.
Verified the fix. cardMaxElevation is creation-only & does not change later. The PR for docs has the mention for the same. Closing.
