Steps to Reproduce

I seem to get a full rebuild each and every time I click the Run button, even without making any change to any source for config file. My app is using Ti SDK 4.1.1 and I'm building (from within Appcelerator Studio) using CLI 5.0.3 tools. I think this problem has existed since the 5.0.0 at least.

Actual Result

[INFO] :   Forcing rebuild: /Users/conny/Documents/MyTitaniumApp/build/iphone/build-manifest.json does not exist

Expected Result

I don't know what it looks like but I would expect a line saying 'found valid existing build, will re-package and launch again...' or something similar?

Hi, I have tested this issue. I also find the same behavior . I seem to get a full rebuild each and every time I click the Run button, even without making any change to any source for config file. This is a valid issue. Log
