Description

The current bundled CMake does not support the next version of Visual Studio. *The latest version of CMake does not support this yet also, see* https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/issues/16143 Once the above is updated then [this](https://github.com/appcelerator/titanium_mobile_windows/blob/master/cli/commands/_build/initialize.js#L58) will need to be updated also
