Unable to connect to Windows Phone 8.1 device after updating to Microsoft Windows 10 SDK 10.0.14393. There's no problem building against Windows 10 Mobile device.
*Steps to reproduce*
Install Windows 10 SDK 10.0.14393

appc ti build -p windows --target wp-device
*Expected*
Titanium project is built and installed to device
*Actual*
Titanium CLI shows Failed to connect to Lumia 630 Dual SIM (RM-978)
