http://docs.appcelerator.com/platform/latest/#!/api/Titanium.UI.TextArea-property-padding shows Ti.UI.TextArea padding property is supported by Android and iOS. However on iOS setting this property does nothing. We should remove iOS from the supported platforms.
Updated the docs and created TIMOB-24211 to track the process for adding the docs for iOS.
