If a titanium cli command plugin errors on load, the titanium cli will error as it is trying to access a property of an undefined object

Steps to reproduce

Download this repo https://github.com/ewanharris/TIMOB-24546

Add the command to the ti config -a

Run ti -h

Actual

titanium cli errors

Expected

titanium cli should not error
