Description

We're adding support for VS 2017, as we do this we should evaluate whether VS 2013 still has a place in our support matrix (imo it doesn't) and if we decide it doesn't. We should * Output a warning stating that VS 2013 support was deprecated of X and will be removed in (could possibly do this around here https://github.com/appcelerator/titanium_mobile_windows/blob/master/cli/commands/_build/initialize.js#L58-L62) after we determine the version?
