Issue Description

Customer need a way to disable the maximize button and to prevent the user to resize the app window.

    According to following answer from Microsoft forum [Windows 10 Universal App - Disable window mode resizing](https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsapps/en-US/e67eca4e-4552-4b35-b532-20d7877af0e4/uwpwindows-10-universal-app-disable-window-mode-resizing?forum=wpdevelop), there's no way to disable maximize button. I would resolve this as "Won't Fix".
