[TIMOB-25019] Add titanium-mobile-mocha-suite into the titanium_mobile_windows build process

After the script has been updated to allow Windows targets we should try and work it into titanium_mobile_windows build process, I imagine the process will look something like this

Add a stage to check out the mocha-suite

Copy across any new tests from a folder we designate as the temp dir

Edit the current test script to execute from the mocha-suite dir
