Description:
1. Run "appc ti info -t android".
2. Look at the "Android Platforms" section.
Actual Results:
1. You will see " **Not supported by Titanium SDK 4.0.1.v20150529150210** " message for all platforms below android platform 21.
2. We need API 21 to build with SDK 4.0.0.GA but this does not mean we don't support platforms below 21.
3. The min is android -14 now.( Correct if I am wrong here ).

Expected Results:
1. We should see the message for the appropriate android platforms.
