According the description of
Ti.UI.View.borderWidth
,

Titanium Windows doesn't implement it, it remains 0 even after borderColor is set.
var win = Ti.UI.createWindow();
var view = Ti.UI.createView({
width: 100, height: 100, backgroundColor: 'blue',
borderColor: 'red'
});
win.add(view);
win.open();
Expected: Red border should be shown around blue view.
Support for 'ti.ui.defaultunit'
