Description

We currently use https://www.npmjs.com/package/babel-preset-babili for minification in node-titanium-sdk, babel seems to have gone away with the babili naming and moved to babel-minify, so we should begin using https://www.npmjs.com/package/babel-preset-minify as it's actually being updated and published

    The fix version is wrong here, this shipped in 7.3.0 and is causing TIMOB-26351.
