Description
The package manifest's [VisualElements](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/uwp/schemas/appxpackage/appxmanifestschema2013/element-visualelements) supports more options for visual elements such as wide asset in
DefaultTile with scales. Titanium supports few of them. Titanium should be able to provide more flexible way to specify them in any way. See also [tile and icon assets](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/design/shell/tiles-and-notifications/app-assets#asset-size-tables).
