Description
When trying to build to device with Xcode 10 and Performance enabled (APM) I receive the error at the bottom of the ticket.
*Steps to reproduce*
1. Create a new project
2. Build that project for an iOS device
*Expected Results*
The build succeeds
*Actual Results*
The build fails with the below error
*Notes*
1. I have tried with an iOS 12 and iOS 11.4.1 device
2. Simulators build without error
3. Removing APM allows the build to succeed
4. Building with Xcode 9.4.1 allows the build to succeed
