*This ticket is to replace CLI-1015*
liveview should be moved from Studio into the SDK, allowing us to provide a better UX to developers using liveview via the atom package.

Closing ticket. Verified fix in SDK version: 8.1.0.v20190110171519 and SDK version: 8.0.0.v20190110110255. Able to use Liveview from the SDK without the use of Studio.
