Description
According to the article [Non-suspending UWP Desktop Apps](https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/mvpawardprogram/2018/01/30/non-suspending-uwp-desktop-apps/), we could be more "Desktop-Friendly", such as supporting
Windows.Desktop target that never cause app suspension unlike Windows Store app. I heard that sometimes developers suffer from app suspension even on desktop because app suspension could happen even when you minimize application Window which happens often. It may become more important to focus on Windows.Desktop other than Windows.Universal because Windows mobile strategy is dying.
