Description

We have a couple modules that we have deprecated due to them being replaced, these should be removed from distribution to avoid people using them going forward * ti.safaridialog - replaced with ti.webdialog * ti.touchid - replaced with ti.indentity

Users can still use the existing modules they have from previous SDK installs if they still need to use them, or can grab zips from the modules' GitHub releases page. Merged to master for 9.0.0

FR Passed: Removed modules no longer get installed when updating the SDK. *Test Environment* MacOS Catalina 10.15.1 beta Xcode 11.3 Node.js 10.16.3 "NPM":"4.2.15-1","CLI":"7.1.2-7" Closing ticket, fix verified in SDK version 9.0.0.v20200107111534.
