[TIMOB-27732] iOS Navigation Bar cover app content in iOS 13.

*Customer query:* We are having issues when upgrading our app to Titanium SDK 8.X. Specifically, the changes to the iOS Navigation Bar has broken our app. Just wondering how we can revert back to original behavior for the iOS 13 Navigation Bar. (specifically the difference in the Navigation Bar). Originally it is nice and blue - but when we update to SDK 8.X it becomes white at the top. *Note:* We have tested this issue using ti SDK 8.3.1.GA with iOS 13 simulator (iPhone 11 pro) and iOS 12.4.4 device (iPhone 5s). We are able to reproduce the issue with iOS 13 and it works as expected with iOS 12.4.4 Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a sample Alloy app and replace the app folder with the attached file. 2. Run the app in iOS device or simulator with OS 13 using 8.3.1 SDK. You can observe the Navigation bar color. Please see the attached screenshot for expected behavior and actual behavior.
