[TIMOB-2965] Ti Dev's New Project Default images should be correct size for iPhone/IPad

I thought this would be taken care of by #2633.

When choosing:
New Project->iPad
-or- New Project->Universal IOS

The default images for iPhone and iPad must be sized and named correctly according to Apple's UI guidelines which are restated in LH #2633.

Otherwise our images will have the unpleasant issues described in #2633.

In addition: The images checked in for our KitchenSink example must be sized and named appropriately according to these guidelines.

"Fixed" on our end by installing template images. Not going to close the bug until we have an official @2x from Tyrus.

ipad and iphone idiom on iPad (3.2) wifi, ipad (4.2) 3g; just iPhone on iphone 4 retina (4.2), 3g iphone 3.1.2.

opening new issue for iphone idiom on ipad. clsing this as graphics have been changed (and look good)
