Description
See the KS Platform > Platform Data tests. It hangs while waiting for batteryState / batteryLevel.
(from [7bb99114fd45352a979a0fa37a1e3bfb2e2b7fb7]) battery state/level accessors are now non blocking and we register the broadcast receiver when the user sets batteryMonitoring to true or an
event listener for "battery" is added. the batteryState/batteryLevel
properties are now UNKNOWN / -1 by default. updated the KS platform data
