Description
Deleting build/android or iphone folder and restarting TiDev makes that tab disappear, because TiDev uses the folder to detect if the tab should display. This should be defined in the tiapp.xml or elsewhere to remove this dependency on the physical folder being there.

Might get done in time for TiDev-1.3.0. Unsure.

Needs to be tested on all platforms, under various availability of SDKs.
Tested with Titanium SDK version: 1.7.0 (03/04/11 12:06 87eb210) on
Mac OSX 10.6.6, removed the build folders and restarted TiDev, the tabs are not populated until an empty folder is created.
Thomas, please test on Windows.
