Description
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Kitchen Sink
2. Rotate device to landscape left
3. Run Base UI > Window (Standalone)
Actual:
The test is launched upside down
Expected:
Test should launch and display correctly
this is resolved with #4504. The previous behavior ended up with the portrait mode being set and on the xoom, the portrait mode is actually reverse of what we would normally consider portrait. You can still reproduce the behavior reported by locking the orientation to portrait.
