Description

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch Kitchen Sink 2. Base UI > Views > Image Views > Animated 3. Stop the animation 4. Rotate the device Actual Result: The animation starts playing again Expected Result: The animation should not start playing Note: Bug existed in 1.6.2 also
