[TIMOB-4182] iOS: KitchenSink: Base UI>Views>Map View, zooming can cause out-of -memory warnings and crash on home button press on iPad

Description: While testing KS, Base UI>Views>Map View, I zoomed the view all the way in and started receiving low memory warnings. I then pressed the home button and the console reported a crash. I could not reproduce the crash on the iPad 2 or on the iPad 1 with KS 1.6.2, but I could get the low memory warnings. See attached console output. Steps to reproduce: 1) Install KS 1.7.0 on iPad 1 2) Navigate to Base UI>Views>Map View 3) Zoom all the way in and watch the console Result: Low memory warnings under the right conditions Expected Result: No memory warnings Notes: DOES NOT OCCUR on iPad 2
