[TIMOB-5061] Folders having the same name residing in resources folder and in iphone folder may cause linking problems

Description
if you have the same folder name for something inside the resources folder and something inside the iphone folder, that may cause errors.
Resources in the platform specific subfolders always override those in the root Resources folder. This works as designed today. Besides, the language "may" does not mean there is actually an issue.
