[TIMOB-5603] MobileWeb: Incorrect work of property touchEnabled in switch

The property touchEnabled setted to value false in switch object. When i make a tap against the switch on iPhone the switch changes its value. In the Kitchensink touchEnabled=false blocks changing the switch by tap.
