[TIMOB-6153] Android: Packaging - Rhino/v8 - Pushed apks installed via Astro hang on black screen when launched from Astro

Description: As part of our packaging tests for android, we use both adb install and adb push then astro to install. For the astro test, we push to sdcard, then use astro to install. While still in astro we select launch. While normally this will launch the app, then relaunch the app, with both v8 and rhino packaged apps this results in a single launch then a black screen. Steps to reproduce: 1) Package an app with 1.8.0.1 2) use adb push to place on device scard 3) Launch astro and navigate to the apk 4) Choose install 5) When complete, choose launch Result: App launches, then goes to black screen with only status bar. No logcat info is output Expected: App launches then launches again
