Description
IE generates memory leaks in the event handling system. Need to implement a DOM0 alternative for IE only. Should try to remove the use of attachEvent(), but may still be needed for script tag onload events. This leak affects IE8 and older on Windows Vista and older. Refer to dojo/on for how to fix this.
Resolving as "Won't Fix" as MobileWeb has been deprecated.
Closing as will not fix.
