Description
Currently, drillbit is indicating that
Ti.Buffer is not throwing exceptions where it should (specifically for bounds violations). Needs to be fixed so that the test passes and we have parity.
Not critical for release; putting in next sprint.
please regress this using this to train Wilson
Tested with version=1.8.0.1 module_apiversion=2 timestamp=12/13/11 18:06 githash=0174e32 all Ti.Buffer tests pass
