Description
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch KS Nook > Platform > Android Services
2. Click Start Service via startService() or Start Service via createService()/start()
Actual:
Service does not start
Expected:
Service should start
Whoever created the Nook KitchenSink didn't setup the service to work (testservice.js is missing, there are no tiapp.xml

Tested with 1.9.0.v20120203163134 on v8/rhino with Nook Color and Kindle Fire
