1. Compile the attached project BugTest.zip
2. Run in the simulator
3. Note the height of the characters in the web view. (WebViewBug.01.Start.png)
4. Rotate the device, notice that the character sizes increase. (WebViewBug.02.Rotated.png)
5. Unrotate the device.
EXPECTED RESULT: character heights should revert back to #3.
ACTUAL RESULT: character heights are the same as the rotated view #4. (WebViewBug.03.Unrotated.png)
