Description
Need to show the Titanium startup splash screen while the app loads. It needs to be defined by a html and css file. There needs to be tiapp.xml options to disable screen. At compile time, the compiler will need to check if the app has a startup screen to override the default Titanium startup screen.
Pull request: https://github.com/appcelerator/titanium_mobile/pull/1732 Test with any app, just don't open any windows/tabgroups and you can get a good look at it.
