There are no text fields to enter contact information.
Steps:
1. Run KitchenSink
2. Go to Phone-Contacts-Add Contact
Expected result:
Should see the text fields and should have an ability to enter contact information, and add a new contact.
Actual result:
Text fields don't exist.
Note: Doesn't occur in 1.8.2
