Description
Investigate the technical feasibility and usefulness of a cross platform C binding layer. Keep in mind existing in use runtimes for titanium, other runtimes in existence and what come down the pipeline the future if we try and incorporate a new runtime later (IE: think about lowest common denominator to a degree).
