Description
When a new mobile web project is created, it needs to copy the default splash screen assets into the Resources/mobileweb directory.
During the compile process, needs to try to read in the files in that directory before resorting back to the default splash dir.
Pull request: https://github.com/appcelerator/titanium_mobile/pull/1830 Test by creating a new app. Check the Resources/mobileweb dir for a splash folder. Run app and verify splash screen displays.
