Description
When deploying to Android 3.X and 4.X Emulators, an app restart dialog appears intermittently. The app restarts if 'restart' is pressed.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Creata and launch app in emulator.
Expected Result:
App should run.
Actual Result:
Intermittent app restart prompt.

Bug persists. Studio: 2.0.2.201205292259 SDK: 2.0.2.v20120530102130 Android Runtime: V8 Android Emulator: 3.0 OS: Snow Leopard, Lion, Windows 7
Closing in favor of the newer TIMOB-10306, for which I put in the launch intent flags that will prevent this.
