Description
Window open, close, focus, and blur events not firing when opened with tab.open(). However, these events fire when switching between tabs.
To reproduce, run the attached app.js file.

Test with the most recent app.js attached to this ticket. You can also test with KitchenSink. If you go 2 or more levels deep in a tabgroup, click the tab to close all windows, just like on iOS.
