Description
Time Picker in KitchenSink is missing am/pm column on 4.3 device. Does not occur in simulator. Works in 4.3 simulator and iOS 5.X. Also missing in 1.8.2, not an immediate regression.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run KitchenSink > Controls > Picker Time Picker.
Expected Result:
Should see hour, minutes, and am/pm columns.
Actual Result:
Only see hour and minute columns. am/pm missing. Screenshot attached. Log attached.

The issue not occurs with iPhone Simulator: iOS SDK version: 6.0
Resolving ticket as Invalid as there is now a new version of Kitchen Sink available and we no longer support the version which relates to this ticket.
