Description
This encompasses:
* Generation of manifest.webapp file
* Enable cross-domain XHR
* New tiapp.xml settings
* Varied icon size generation
* Expose an API for installing apps to home screen
Current status: Installing apps should be working, but icons aren't loading. Need to manually construct the appcache until TIMOB-7063 appcache support is added. It would be a good idea to extend the Ti API to "install" the app and detect if the app is installed. The hacked together install alert may need to get ripped out since it looks like crap on Firefox. With a Ti API, devs could create their own install button.
