Description
Condition: Cascades R4 needs to be available - tentative date April 30th
1) resolve conflicts, pay special attention to things that have already been implemented in Titanium.API
2) investigate if there is anything new added to controls that we already implemented
3) if any, implement new additions to controls that we already implemented
