Description
This task is for creating the
validate external, as described by the [CLI spec](https://wiki.appcelerator.org/display/spe/Command+Line+Interface).
Tasks include:
* Write validate command
* Document validate
* Test plan for validate
This task requires that the CLI frontend and the available builtin are complete.
There is no need for this tool.
Closing ticket as the issue won't fix.
